In order to avoid problems, it is important to properly arrange employment matters in advance. We advise and assist (starting) entrepreneurs, directors, management and HR managers and think proactively in order to raise the HR policy to a higher level. But employees can also turn to us for legal advice on employment issues and conflicts. 

Do you unexpectedly find yourself in a dispute? Then we first try to find a solution without the intervention of the courts. We do this through mediation and negotiation. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, we will initiate legal proceedings. 

Labour law in (semi) government agencies and educational institutions differs considerably from regular labour law. For more information, please visitcivil service law and education law. We would like to share our knowledge with you!
Twice a year we organise a workshop to keep you informed of developments in employment law. During these workshops we will discuss current issues, relevant case law and legislative changes. It is also possible to organise a consultation workshop that is fully tailored to your organisation.
